Use
In this IMG activity, you can define the time limit for the value date of a payment item. This limit is set as the number of days before or after the current posting date.
If the value date of the payment item lies outside the limit that you define in this IMG activity, and is also outside the value date limit for conditions, the posting will fail.
The limits for value date are client specific; you can define the value date limit either for a combination of bank area and product, or for the bank area alone.

Assume that the system posting date is April 1, 2005 and the value date of the payment item is March 21, 2005. The system will post this item if you have defined 11 days as the value date limit.
