In this activity, you can adjust the SAPscript form for the general, monthly, cross-person contribution statement to meet your requirements.

You only need to execute this work step if you want to make changes to the standard SAPscript form. In this case, you copy the standard form to the customer namespace and make changes to the copy.

Setup of the form can relate to adding new text elements or the layout structure. The layout structure relates in particular to changes to paragraph and character formats, as well as Customizing settings for the sequence of text elements.

Standard settings

The standard system contains form HR_AT_BVA_13 for the above-mentioned contribution statement.

Activities

  1. Choose activity Copy SAPscript Form.

    You go to the screen Copy Forms Between Clients.

    1. In field Form Name enter value HR_AT_BVA_13.
    2. In field Target Form enter a name for your customer form.
    3. The name of the form in the customer namespace must comply with the applicable naming convention (letter Y or Z as first character).
    4. Choose Execute.
  2. Choose activity Set Up SAPscript Form.

    You go to initial screen Form Painter: Request.

    1. In field Form enter the name of your customer form.
    2. Make the required changes.

    5. Save your changes and activate them by choosing Form -> Activate.
