Use
If authorized, you can submit messages and statutory reports to Altinn on behalf of yourself, your organization as well as other individuals and organizations. The organization or person on behalf of whom you communicate with Altinn is called the reportee.
In case you wish to submit data to Altinn on behalf of another company or person, this company or person must delegate the authorization for submission to you on the Altinn portal.
So that you can submit messages and reports to Altinn on behalf of a reportee, you must assign the reportee to a computer system.
In this Customizing activity, you can assign the reportee number to a Computer System ID and System Type. The reportee ID is your legal organization number (juridisk nummer) or your social security number (SSN). For more information, see ACF Reportee Number.
