Use

In this IMG activity you can explicitly assign the closing processes per accounting system and closing phase.

When a business transaction is posted, the system checks whether the period and the closing phase match for this assignment.

Note

It is not absolutely necessary to perform this activity.

  • If you do not make any assignments here, all closing phases in each period in the accounting system can be used.
  • If you make an assignment for a closing phase, you then have to do the same for all other closing phases that you want to use in this accounting system. This is particularly important for standard phase 000 that must be permitted in every period.
