Use
If you define sender data for the XML interface for collections agencies in the Public Sector in this IMG activity, the system generates a XML file in addition to the Contract Accounting interface file (standard interface) which is generated per submission run and collection agency. The user can enhance the scope of this file.
The XML interface is implemented using three of the function modules delivered by SAP: FMCA_COLLXML_5062, FMCA_COLLXML_5063 and FMCA_COLLXML_5064. The contents of the XML interface is defined by the structures FMCACOLLXML*. The customer can enhance these 12 structures with fields of the basis structures using a customer include without the function module having to be changed.
The XML interface generates a file with the same name as the standard interface with ".xml" added. This is generated in addition to the standard interface and stored in the same directory of the application server. The prerequisites for the creation of this XML file are that the three function modules FMCA_COLLXML_5062, FMCA_COLLXML_5063 and FMCA_COLLXML_5064 are active, a sender for the XML file is created in this IMG activity and a file is generated for the standard interface.
You can define a business partner for each company code here. The sender data of the XML interface file is determined from this data.
Define a company code-independent entry (company code = *) to be used for all company codes for which no specific sender is defined. This entry is also used if there is a number of company codes for each collections agency.
If you do not define a business partner as the sender, the system does not generate a XML file.
The XML files can be transferred to the interface format required by the particular collections agency using the appropriate tools.
