Activities

Assign the customer contact classes and customer contact activities to the forms. An assignment for the form class is generally sufficient. Then you do not have to make any assignments in this activity. However, if you require a different contact class/activity for each form within a form class, then you must differentiate according to forms.

You make assignments to the form classes in the next activity.

You can only create customer contacts with real printout. You cannot create customer contacts in test and repetition printouts.
