In this activity, you can define which fields in the customer contact are provided with values.
You can then assign default values according to certain criteria for specific fields, such as the contact direction. In addition, you can also assign defaults for additional fields that you included using the customer include in the SAP enhancement ECSCC001.
You can make the definitions per contact class and action.
In addition, you can define when the field is provided with a value (for example, on creation or at a later time). Via the object role and the attribute printout, you also define what value is determined for the field.
The object role refers to a business object via the activity Define Object Roles.
