Reduced periods occur in years that have 53 weeks and only effect period values that relate to calendar weeks. Period values affected are 14 day (2-weekly) and 4-weekly .

Standard settings
In the standard system, the following ruling is configured for 14-day and 4-weekly:
Calculation period with normal length:
The system interprets the shortened period as a complete calculation period and the calculation period overlaps the first period of the next year.
Activities
If necessary, you can specify a different ruling for inbound correspondence.
