Use
In this IMG activity, you define a document type and a clearing reason. This data is displayed when the function Generate Documents from General Requests is called up for generating the clearing document. When the clearing document is generated, the system transfers this data to the fields of the FI-CA document.
Requirements
If you do not want the system to automatically clear the FI-CA documents which were generated due to a general request, select the appropriate field in the IMG activity Define Basic Settings for Document Creation. In this case, the system ignores the document type and the clearing reason you have entered in this IMG activity.

SAP does not deliver any standard settings.
