Use
In this activity you define the value derivation for the characteristics of an operating concern. The derivation determines the profitability segments for the update of billing document data in Profitability Analysis (CO-PA). The derivation takes place during the invoicing of the billing documents.
Requirements
Standard settings
Note
The higher the number of characteristics used, the finer the differentiation of the data in CO-PA. However, the following also increase:
- Memory requirements
- Number of database accesses to CO-PA tables
- Runtime of invoicing and CO-PA evaluation programs
You should therefore only use the characteristics that you really need for the evaluation in CO-PA.
