Use
In this IMG activity you can define the activities that the system is to run when processing a business partner duplicate.
You can configure at which processing level
- Processing Level: Business Partner
- Processing Level: BP - Contract Account
- Processing Level: BP - Contract
- Processing Level: BP - Contract - Subapplication
the system is to run the activity for duplicate processing and which function module controls the behavior of the activity.
The system runs the processing activities defined in this IMG activity in the Processing of Business Partner Duplicates (RFKK_BPCL_PROCESS) report. You can run this report from the SAP Easy Access menu for Collections/Disbursements under Master Data -> Business Transactions -> Process Business Partner Duplicates.
Requirements
Standard settings
In the standard, Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA) delivers the activity Transfer Posting of Related Open Items (Activity 010).
Collections/Disbursements (FS-CD) also delivers the activity Adjustment of Open Payment Plan Items (Activity V01).
For FI-CA, the namespace is reserved with an initial numerical character. Customer namespaces for new activities cover the letters Y* and Z*.
Activities
Create customer-specific processing activities and define the function module that is to run the activities.
Note that the interfaces of all function modules defined in Customizing must correspond to the interface of the sample module FKK_SAMPLE_BCL (Call of Activity for Duplicate Processing).
Also define the processing levels at which the system is to run the defined activities.
