Use
In this IMG activity you can define for each business process whether the Postprocessing Desktop displays postprocessing orders in reduced form to users who do not have appropriate change and display authorization. You can also define the message you want the system to display in such a case.
Requirements
Standard settings
If you do not carry out this IMG activity, postprocessing orders are not visible in the Postprocessing Desktop to users without appropriate authorization.
Activities
- Choose a business process. If you enter an asterisk (*), the entry applies for all business processes for which you have not created an individual entry.
- If required, set the Display Orders Without Authorization indicator.
- If you set the Display Orders Without Authorization indicator, specify a message type, a message class and a message number. If you do not specify a message, the system automatically enters the SAP standard message "No authorization".
Example
You want the system to display postprocessing orders in reduced form, despite users not having change and display authorization, for all business processes except for Account Closure.
To do so, in this IMG activity, create the following entries:
