Use
In this IMG activity you define the priority you want the system to assign to individual postprocessing orders, depending on the business process.
The system only evaluates the details you enter in this IMG activity for postprocessing orders to which no priority was assigned when they were created.
If you carry out this IMG activity you can use the priority as a filter criterion on the initial screen of the Postprocessing Desktop.
The priority is displayed in the Postprocessing Desktop on the overview screen and on the Order Data 1 tab page on the detail screen.

Activities
- Choose a business process.
If you do not specify a business process, the entry applies to all business processes for which you have not created an individual entry.
- Assign a number between 1 and 9. 1 is the highest priority.
Note:
The system automatically assigns priority 5 (medium priority) to all business processes for which you do not create an entry in this IMG activity.
- With Business Add-In Create Postprocessing Order (/SAPPO/CREATE_ORDER) you can change the priority assigned by the system or defined by yourself in this IMG activity for certain postprocessing orders.
