Use
In this step, you map the personnel areas / subareas of your employees to the project location.
Requirements
The project locations must be already defined in the IMG step Define Locations.
Standard settings
Activities
- Choose New Entries.
- In the Personnel area and PSubarea columns, enter the personnel areas and subareas of your employees.
- In the RPM Locat. column, map each of these personnel areas and subareas to the project physical location by selecting a value from the dropdown list box.
Example
The physical location of project A is Palo Alto.
If the employee with personnal area 3000 and personnel subarea 001is based out of Palo Alto and you would like to assign that employee to project A, the values in the table would look as follows:
