Use

In this step, you transfer the financial and capacity data from the SAP FI-CO system to the SAP Portfolio and Project Management system and check the status.

Requirements

Standard settings

Activities

  1. In the SAP FI-CO system, proceed as follows:
    1. Call transaction SE38 or SA38.
    2. In the Program field, enter the program name RPM_FIN02.
    3. Choose Execute.

  • If the data transfer was unsuccessful, investigate the errors and transfer the data again.

  1. If everything is OK, schedule the reports /RPM/FIN_PLAN_INT and /RPM/CAP_PLAN_INT in the SAP Portfolio and Project Management system to update the financial and capacity data of all projects, as follows:
    1. Call transaction SE38 or SA38.
    2. In the Program field, enter the program name /RPM/FIN_PLAN_INT.
    3. Choose Execute.

      Repeat the above process with /RPM/CAP_PLAN_INT.

  2. To update the integrated financial and capacity data to the upper level buckets run the report /RPM/BUCKET_ROLLUP, as follows:
    1. Call transaction SE38 or SA38.
    2. In the program field, enter the program name /RPM/BUCKET_ROLLUP.
    3. Choose Execute.
