Use
In this Customizing activity, you define the codes and their descriptions that the authorities can use as answers to an electronic message in communication for handling notas fiscais. You receive this list from your responsible tax authorities.
Based on this definition, you can see in the application how official code affects the status of the NF-e. The assignment of a code to a clear description makes it easier for you to initiate follow-on activities.

Note
If you already have an electronic version of the status codes and their descriptions, you can use transaction /XNFE/STATUS_UPLOAD to upload them to the system. Each line of the file can only contain one code and its description, split by a separator.
