Use
In this Customizing activity, you assign a specific business process to an inbound CT-e for further processing. The business process is derived from the CNPJ number of the service taker (field CNPJ_DERIVED_TOM in table /XNFE/INCTEHD) and the indicator for the service taker (field TOMA in table /XNFE/INCTEHD).

Activities
Assign a process type to the combination of the CNPJ number of the service taker and the indicator for the service taker. Valid values for the indicator for the service taker are "0" (dispatcher) and "3" (recipient). A space can also be used for the CNPJ number. While determining the business process, the system first searches for an entry that matches the CNPJ number. If no matching entry is found, the system uses the blank entry.

If the service taker with the CNPJ 74.544.297/0004-35 appears as the dispatcher (TOMA = 0), the system determines the process type B for the inbound CT-e.
If the service taker with a different CNPJ appears as the recipient (TOMA = 3), the system determines the process type A for the inbound CT-e.
