Use

In this Customizing activity, for each region your company uses you define which parameters apply for the bundling of NF-es in batches and the batch request. The following parameters are available:

  • Max. Coll. Time (sec.) -> the maximum time in seconds during which NF-es are collected for a region before the resulting batch is sent.
  • Max. Batch Size (Bytes) -> The size of the batch is based on the signed NF-es. A maximum of 500,000 bytes is permitted.
  • Max. Number of NF-es -> A maximum of 50 NF-es per batch is permitted.
  • Wait Time (Sec.) -> the number of seconds the system waits after sending the batch before the system sends the batch request to the authority
  • Max. No. of Retries -> maximum number of automatic attempts at sending the batch request
  • Compressed (.ZIP file) -> indicates whether the batch is compressed (as a .ZIP file)

Activities

Specify the region for which you want to define the parameters and enter the appropriate values.

You have the option of defining a default setting. To do this, create an entry with a blank CUF field and fill in the remaining values as needed. This entry applies the parameters for all regions that do not have their own specific entry.

Requirements

This activity is valid for NF-es that use layout 3.10 or higher.

Standard settings

When creating and requesting batches, the system uses the following default values if you do not define any parameters for your region and do not create a default entry:

  • Max. Collection Time (Sec.): 30
  • Max. Batch Size (Bytes): 500.000
  • Max. Number of NF-es: 50
  • Wait Time (Sec.): 120
  • Max. Retries: 5
  • Compressed (.ZIP file): Not Compressed
