Use
Check if this is the front-end server of your SAP Fiori system landscape. Requirements
Internet Communication Manager
The SAP Fiori launchpad needs a working HTTP(S) connection from the client (browser) to the current SAP NetWeaver Application Server ABAP. You can check the HTTP(S) settings (e.g. host name and port number) in transaction SMICM.
Enter the full domain name into the profile parameter icm/host_name_full. You can check this parameter in transaction RZ11.
Single-Sign-On
Activate single-sign-on. The front-end server must be able to issue a single sign-on ticket. Therefore, set the profile parameter login/create_sso2_ticket = 2 and set the profile parameter login/accept_sso2_ticket = 1. You can check these parameters in transaction RZ11.
SAP NetWeaver Gateway
The SAP NetWeaver Gateway must be installed on the SAP Fiori front-end-server. If it is not yet installed, you need to install it first. Proceed as described in the installation guide for SAP NetWeaver Gateway on SAP Help Portal at http://help.sap.com/saphelp_gateway20sp08/helpdata/en/c3/424a2657aa4cf58df949578a56ba80/frameset.htm.
SAP NetWeaver Gateway supports two deployment options: The embedded deployment and the central hub deployment. For more information, see http://help.sap.com/saphelp_gateway20sp08/helpdata/en/62/91ad98b19b4a91bca737fbe442273f/content.htm.
For SAP Fiori, set up SAP NetWeaver Gateway with the deployment option Central Hub Deployment to separate back-end from front-end components.
