Use
You need to specify the type of transport equipment to the customs authority in a customs declaration.
In this activity, you can assign the types of transport equipment from the feeder system to the types of transport equipment in the SAP GTS system. The category of transport equipment defines the general category of transport equipment used to transport goods in customs declarations - for example, container.
If multiple feeder systems have the identical types of transport equipment, we recommend that you assign the types of transport equipment at the feeder system group level.

Activities
To assign the types of transport equipment from feeder systems to the types of transport equipment in SAP GTS, choose New Entries.
Select the Logical System, the Category of Transport Equipment of the Feeder System, the Type of Transport Equipment of the Feeder System, and the Customs Code List Procedure. Then assign these to the Category of Transport Equipment for SAP GTS and the Type of Transport Equipment for SAP GTS.
