Use
In this IMG activity you determine which types of the declaration are proposed in connection with a legal regulation. The system then only gives the user a choice of the declaration forms that are relevant for the respective legal regulation in the 'Transit Procedure' service. For this reason you must use this activity to assign the type of use to a legaul regulation, processes and process activities.
Requirements
You have performed the IMG activity Maintain Customs Code Lists for a Legal Regulation.
Standard settings
In the standard settings for this activity, for each legal regulation different types of declaration are already assigned to the individual process steps.
For example, for the legal regulation TRSDE (TransitProcedure (NCTS) Germany - ATLAS Transit) the following types of declaration are assigned to the TRDCV (Transit Declaration- Simplified Procedure) process step:
- T- (Transit declaration T-)
- T1 (Transit declaration T1)
- T2 (Transit declaration T2)
- T2F (Transit declaration T2F)
Activities
Enter the legal regulation.
Specify a process and a process activity.
Assign the type of declaration to be proposed for this selection.
