Use
In this Customizing activity, you define the text IDs for all foreign-trade-specific documents. This includes:
Customs shipments
- Customs declarations
- Authorizations
- Securities
You can use these text IDs to define which texts of which specific foreign trade-specific documents need to be maintained. You can specify multiple text IDs for foreign trade-specific documents such as customs shipments or customs declarations. This enables you to enter additional information in the documents for customs shipments and customs declarations.
Requirements
Standard settings
The standard delivery contains text IDs for foreign trade-specific documents. For license data such as securities, authorizations, or licenses, the standard delivery contains the following text IDs:
- 0001 (Internal Note)
- 0002 (Explanation for License)
- 0003 (Destination Control Statement)
- 0004 (Explanation for Authorization)
- 0005 (Explanation for Security)
Activities
- Decide for which of the following objects you want to define text IDs:
- SLL_CUHD for texts of customs shipments and customs declarations defined by SAP
- SLL_CUHD_C for user-specific texts of customs shipments and customs declarations
- SLL_CUSB for duty descriptions
- SLL_LCLIC for authorizations and securities
- Define the text IDs for the different objects of foreign trade-specific documents.
Note: If you change the text ID entries of individual objects, the system will be unable to properly process the different foreign trade-specific documents.
