Use

In this IMG activity, you define the objects for which the system will record change documents. Each change document records a new or changed field value of the corresponding object, as well as the time of the change and the person who changed it. You can save change documents for objects such as:

  • Products
  • Documents (customs documents, customs shipments, customs declarations)
  • Supplementary customs declarations
  • Customs duty types
  • Licenses, authorizations, securities
  • Numbering schemes
  • Sanctioned party list entries
  • Bills of products (BOP) for the Restitution service.
  • Vendor-based long-term vendor declarations and LTVDs for customers' purposes

Change documents help you to track changes or variants of an object in your application.

Requirements

Standard settings

The standard system contains the following objects for which the system can write change documents:

  • /SAPSLL/PR (product)
  • /SAPSLL/CUHD (documents)
  • /SAPSLL/CUPED (supplementary customs declaration)
  • /SAPSLL/LCLIC (licenses, authorizations, and securities)
  • /SAPSLL/LC_CUSB (customs duty types)
  • /SAPSLL/CTSGEN (numbering schemes)
  • /SAPSLL/TSPL (sanctioned party list entries)
  • /SAPSLL/BOPHD (bill of product for restitution)
  • /SAPSLL/PREVD (header data for long-term vendor declarations)
  • /SAPSLL/PREVDITM (item data for long-term vendor declarations)

Activities

Select the table name.

Set the change document ID to activate the writing of change documents for that table.
