Use
In this IMG activity, you assign the common agricultural policy (CAP) numbering scheme to a legal regulation for the license determination procedures. The CAP number of a restitution-relevant product is a license attribute and you must, therefore, assign the CAP numbering scheme to an export license type determination procedures. You can use the CAP number to determine an appropriate license type for exporting a product and, therefore, you must determine with which CAP numbering scheme the system should search for an export license.
Requirements
You have completed the IMG activity Define Determination Procedure for Automatic Determination of Export.
Standard settings
Activities
Select a legal regulation using the input help.
Select the customs tariff system for the export process and enter a description, if necessary.
Select a customs code (for more information, see the field help).
Example
The CAP numbering scheme, MOWDE CAP Number Germany, is assigned to the legal regulation, RESTI Restitution Europe, with the custom code, MOWDE.
