Use
In this Customizing activity, you define the rules for aggregating document items in restitution. Items in customs export documents are aggregated according to specific criteria (that is, certain fields for basic products and end products have to match in customs export documents). The system then aggregates all the items in the basic products and end products that have identical fields, for example, the same bill of product or Common Agricultural Policy number. The restitution amount is then calculated based on the aggregated amount.
Requirements
Standard settings
Aggregation rule RES01 is contained in the standard delivery.
It is already assigned to the following aggregation fields:
- BOPNO: Bill of product
- EXLIC: License
- MOWNR: Common Agricultural Policy number
Activities
Create new aggregation rules and assign them to the following three fields:
- Bill of product
- License
- Common Agricultural Policy number
