Use

In this Customizing activity, you can activate the legal regulations that you want to use for restitutions. The legal regulation determines which checks are performed with the customs documents. You can perform checks for country/country group and for import/export.

Requirements

You have defined the legal regulation that you want to activate.

Standard settings

Activities

  1. Select the appropriate legal regulation.
  2. In the dialog box Legal Restitution: Define Legal Regulation, choose Country or Country Group and make one of the following settings:

  • Restitution - Import
    • Check: Not Active
    • 1. Check: Receipt (Exclusive). Checks only dispatches within the EU.
    • 2. Check: Import (Exclusive). Checks imports in which the country of departure lies outside of the EU.
    • 3. Check: Receipt/Import (Not Domestic). Checks dispatches and imports except for domestic transactions.
    • 4. Check: Receipt/Import (with Domestic). Checks domestic transactions as well as dispatches and imports.
      • Note
      Checks 1 and 2 exclude domestic transactions.
  • Restitution - Export
    • Check: Not Active
    • 1. Check: Exit. Checks only dispatches within the EU.
    • 2. Check: Export. Checks exports in which the destination country lies outside of the EU.
    • 3. Check: Exit/Export (Not Domestic). Checks dispatches and exports except for domestic transactions.
    • 4. Check: Exit/Export (with Domestic). Checks domestic transactions as well as dispatches and exports.
