Use
In this Customizing activity, you create a schema for preference indicators. In this schema, you assign the preference indicators for agreements to the corresponding preference indicators from the system. You cannot change the system-internal preference indicators.
The preference indicators that you can issue to your customers in long-term vendor declarations and certificates of origin, or that you receive from your suppliers in these declarations and certificates, are based on the official requirements of your specific preference agreement. The preference indicators differ between agreements and groups of agreements. Therefore, you group the assignment of preference indicators to the system-internal preference indicators together in a schema. If several agreements have matching preference indicators, one schema is sufficient for all those agreements.

Define a name and description for each schema of preference indicators.
Create one required preference indicator from an agreement within each schema.
Assign the preference indicators of an agreement to the system-internal preference indicators, which you can select from a dropdown list.
