Use
In this Customizing activity, you define the basic conditions required to control Preference Processing. In doing so, you assign preference agreements to one or more rule sets. These rule sets group preference rules together that apply jointly.
You can also assign a country group to a rule set. If you have different instances of the rule sets within a preference agreement, you can use the country group to restrict the specific rule sets to the countries in the assigned country group. This country group must contain all the countries that you have already assigned to a preference agreement to define its validity range.
You also have to specify a customs currency and the associated exchange rate type. The exchange rate type is used to define the type of currency translation that will be performed, such as translation between the currency of the threshold value and the document currency.
Requirements
Standard settings
If you have uploaded preference agreements, the system has already filled the Preference Agreement and Rule Set fields.
Activities
If you created a preference agreement manually, you enter the rule set for the preference agreement.
