Use
In this IMG activity, you define the action profiles and actions that you use to control the dispatch of messages and document printout for supplementary customs declarations. Action profiles and action definitions let you transfer the relevant data from supplementary customs declarations to the Post Processing Framework, to send them electronically or print them in a form. The processing type defines which type of further processing you want to configure.
- You have to choose processing type method call create an IDoc from supplementary customs declarations for implement electronic communication with government authorities. SAP GTS provides the methods for outbound processing. You have to implement the conversion of the IDoc to the official data format and the dispatch of the message in your own programs or by connecting converter systems.
- To create print forms with the data from the supplementary customs declarations, you first have to define the form. You can choose between Smart Forms and PDF forms. Dependent on which type of form you choose, you can then select processing type Smart Forms Printout or External Communication. You can save the form information and assign the defined form in the details for the document.
In a separate IMG activity, you then Define Condition/Output Parameters for Communication of Supplementary Customs Declarations.
Requirements
You have defined the forms you want to print out as Smart Forms or PDF forms.
You have also configured the further processing of the IDocs and the conversion to the official formats, for example, in a converter system.

Activities
Define the desired action profiles for the supplementary customs declaration to define whether you want to send the messages as IDocs. To do so, configure the message call in the processing type and assign method /SAPSLL/CUPED_IDOC_CREATE for the dispatch of supplementary customs declarations.
If you want to print a document for a supplementary customs declaration, you can configure an action definition to print the document and add a custom form in the processing type.
Note
You can check your PPF action settings for consistency in the application of SAP Global Trade Services. To do so, enter transaction code /SAPSLL/MENU_LEGAL and choose SAP GTS Basis -> System Monitoring -> Check PPF -> Check PPF Actions for Inconsistencies. For more information, see the SAP Library for SAP Global Trade Services under help.sap.com -> SAP xApps -> SAP Global Trade Services.
