Use
You can define additional conditions and processing parameters for action definitions. If you want to set up e-mail communication, for instance, enter the recipient e-mail address as an action detail in this IMG activity. You can also add action definitions for the action profile here.
Requirements
Standard settings
You have already carried out the IMG activity Define Technical Medium for Messages (PFF Actions) for Supplementary Customs Declarations.
Activities
Choose the action profile in which you want to change output parameters or conditions.
Specify the action definition for the action profile you have chosen.
Add required parameters, such as printer determination and so on.
Note
You can check your PPF action settings for consistency in the application of SAP Global Trade Services. To do so, enter transaction code /SAPSLL/MENU_LEGAL and choose SAP GTS Basis -> System Monitoring -> Check PPF -> Check PPF Actions for Inconsistencies.
