In this Customizing activity, you define partner groups for letter of credit (LOC) processing. These business partner group are required by the determination procedure that the system uses to determine the legal regulation for LOC processing. The partner groups form a level in the determination procedure – similar to the countries of departure/destination in legal control in Compliance Management. The system uses these determination rules, which you define based on countries and partner groups, to determine the suitable letters of credit for import and export services.
