In this Customizing activity, you specify which determination procedure you want to use to determine the relevant legal regulations for which you have activated LOC (letter of credit) processing. By specifying the determination procedure you use, you define how the system locates the required legal regulations for checking and assigning letters of credit to business partners in import and export procedures. The system determines the suitable LOC type at a later time. To do so, it uses the country of departure, the country of destination, and the partner group you have assigned to this specific combination.
