Use
In this Customizing activity, you define the structure and parameters for additional codes. Additional codes are defined by the authorities and are based on the nomenclature of goods used for classification. Accordingly, additional codes may exist in addition to a tariff number. The authorities who issue the additional codes are not necessarily the same authorities responsible for the tariff numbers.
Additional codes contain rules that you have to observe in cross-border goods movements, in addition to the rules encoded in the tariff numbers. You therefore have to be able to assign additional codes to the products in classification.

The additional codes must be defined in the specified structure. Define the numbering scheme for which you want to define the structure and parameters for the additional codes under Scheme of Additional Codes.
You can define the structure and hierarchy levels of the additional codes under Structure of Additional Codes.
