Use
In this Customizing activity, you assign the numbering schemes of the various numbering systems to the respective legal regulations in the application areas where you want to use the numbering schemes. Examples of application areas include legal control, import and export processing, excise duty monitoring, Intrastat declarations, and restitution.
Requirements
You have already defined the numbering schemes that you need for your business processes. The following Customizing activities are available to do so:
- Define Numbering Scheme of Export Lists
- Define Numbering Scheme of Import Lists
- Define Numbering Scheme for Commodity Codes
- Define Numbering Scheme for Tariff Code Numbers
- Define Numbering Scheme for Excise Duty Codes
- Define Numbering Scheme for FDA Classification
- Define Numbering Scheme for CAP Products
Standard settings
The delivery Customizing contains numbering schemes and their assignments to the legal regulations of the application areas.
Activities
Choose the numbering scheme for each legal regulation and specify any additional validity characteristics for the schemes of a numbering system.
Example
You assign a numbering scheme for commodity codes to the legal regulations for exports, Intrastat declarations, and excise duty monitoring.
