Use
In this IMG activity, you can activate case management for the objects in SAP Global Trade Services, for which you can create and process cases. This includes:
- The release of blocked documents in the services of SAP Compliance Management
- The assignment of tariff numbers in the classification of SAP Compliance Management and SAP Customs Management
Because tariff numbers can also be assigned through the maintenance of customs products, you can also use the Case Management capabilities in the services of SAP Risk Management.
Requirements
You have already defined the Default Data for Case Management.
Standard settings
Activities
Set the flag for the objects that you want to activate in Case Management.
Assign the object the procedure for defaulting data that you want to use to determine the process route in the application.
