Use
This Business Add-In (BAdI) to link customs export declarations and transit procedures is used in the SAP Customs Management are of SAP Global Trade Services (SAP GTS).
This BAdI lets you open an additional transit procedure (or prevent it from opening) in export processing, depending on the process. You can override the default system response:
- If documents contain duty-unpaid items exclusively, the system creates a customs shipment to open a transit procedure with a T1 document.
If you have a document for re-export from the customs warehouse with duty-unpaid items only, you can prevent the creation of a customs shipment, for example, to transport the goods to the border in the customs warehousing procedure.
- If documents contain duty-paid items exclusively or combinations of duty-unpaid and duty-paid items, the system does not create a customs shipment to open a transit procedure.
If you issue a T2 transit document in an export process, for example, you can also create a customs shipment to open a transit procedure.
Requirements
Standard settings
- In the standard system, there is no activated BAdI implementation.
- The BAdI is designed for multiple use. All activated implementations are called and executed.
- The BAdI is filter-independent.
