Use
In this IMG activity, you create the document types that you require to document customs warehousing processes that do not constitute a change of procedure. These include processes such as scrapping processes within a customs warehouse, transfer postings from one customs warehouse to another or the comparison between inventory differences in inventory management in the feeder system and inventory management in the customs warehouse. You can document these internal processes using the defined document types and log them for possible customs checks.

Specify a document name and a short document description.
Determine the control parameters.
- General control settings
- Choose import/receipt for a document for stock receipt postings
- Choose export/dispatch for a document for stock issue postings
- Also enter the number range for the documents
- Process control
- You can assign a text determination procedure to display the appropriate texts in the document
- Enter the item category for the customs declaration
