Use
In this Customizing activity, you can assign standard texts and logos at the level of organization partner, such as the foreign trade organizational unit, legal unit, or administrative unit. As a result, you can assign a standard text or logo to the documents in the application, dependent on the sending organizational unit. For example, you can assign texts to organization partners for the following standard text types:
- Header data
- Consignor information
- Greeting/closing line
You can also store specific logos for each organizational partner. As a result, you can store specific data for document printing without having to make changes directly in the document.
Note
Embedding of standard texts and logos is only available for SAP Interactive Forms by Adobe. This option is not available for Smart Forms.
Requirements
You have already defined standard texts in transaction SO10 and assigned text ID "ADRS" to these.
You have defined the logos in transaction SE78.
You have also defined the foreign trade organizations or administrative units to which you want to assign the standard texts and logos.

Select an organization partner, for example a foreign trade organization.
Assign the standard texts and logos to the organization partner.
