Use
In this IMG activity, you specify the default declaration types in conjunction with a legal requirement for the Customs Processing service. The user then only has to choose from the declaration forms that are relevant for the given legal regulation. To do so, you have to assign the type of application of a legal requirement, processes, and process activities.
Requirements
You have completed the Maintain Customs Code Lists for Legal Regulation IMG activity.
Standard settings
In the default setting, various declaration types are already assigned to the indivdual process steps for each legal regulation.
For example, the following declaration types for the ATLAS legal requirement (ATLAS Customs Processing System - Germany) are assgined to the EZA process step (single customs declaration) in the FV (free circulation):
- COM (Status: Community goods)
- EU (Status: Non-community goods with shipment from EFTA countries)
- IM (Status: Non-community goods)
Activities
Specify the legal requirement.
Create a process and a process activity.
Assign the type of declaration that is relevant for the selection.
