Use
In this IMG activity, you configure the settings that the system uses to determine the target procedure for supplementary customs declarations in the application. This determination is based on the legal regulation and the document type for the supplementary customs declaration. Accordingly, you have to define the target procedure for each combination of document type and legal regulation. You can also specify the partner group and the action profile you want the system to use for each target procedure.
You also define the additional criteria that the system uses to group the worklist entries for the supplementary customs declaration, by grouping together the supplements to previous documents from a specific period. Under the default settings, the entries in the worklist for the supplementary customs declarations from a period are separated by customs ID and authorization number. If you want to split the worklist entries by further criteria, you can set the corresponding flags to split by the following criteria:
- Input tax deduction
- Legal unit
- Declarant
- Declarer is consignee
- Procedure code
