Note: During the customs record upload, the system maintains the legal regulations, along with the countries or country groups to which the customs records apply, and assigns them to one another. Standard settings

Activities

Enter the data provider and the legal regulation.

Assign customs duty types to the respective SAP GTS customs duty type.

The external customs duty types are predefined as follows:

  • B000 (Antidumping)
  • B001 (Standard Rate or Third-Country Duty)
  • B002 (MFN (Most Favorite Nations) Bound)
  • B003 (MFN (Most Favorite Nations) Applied)
  • B004 (GSP (Generalized System of Preferences) or Preferential Customs Duty)
  • B005 (NAFTA preference)
  • B006 (Suspension)
  • B008 (Pharmaceutical Products)
  • B00X (Other)

Not all of the above customs duty types will need to be mapped for every data provider.

Example

For legal regulation ATLAS (ATLAS Customs Processing System - Germany) and data provider BZ (German Federal Gazette), you define that external customs duty type B001 (Standard Rate) be mapped to customs duty type B100 (Third-Country Duty) in SAP GTS.
