Use

In this IMG activity, you define the document types for customs duty corrections. The documents in this application refer directly to the customs declarations for which you have already received tax notices from the customs authorities. You can specify the changes in the goods values for individual items in these customs declarations. Please note, however, that the duty correction documents only allow changes that result in a higher customs value, and therefore an increased duty value.

Activities

Create a document type and description for the duty correction.

In addition, enter the following details for the document type:

  • Process (import or export)
  • Number range number (number ranges for the document type)
  • Document check (indicates whether or not you want to have a troubleshooting and correction log)

In addition, specify the following parameters for access control:

  • Partner grouping
  • Note that you can only assign one partner grouping for each document type.
  • Action profile
  • Log control
  • Text determination procedure (for the document type)
