Use
In this IMG activity, you define the text determination procedure. You also assign the text IDs you want to use in the customs document to this text determination procedure.
Requirements
You have performed the IMG activity Define Text IDs for Foreign-Trade-Specific Documents.
Standard settings
In the standard system, messages are already assigned to text determination procedures SLL_CD_GEN(Customs Document - General), SLL_CD_USE (Customs Document - Export USA, and SLL_CD_USI (Customs Document - Import USA).
For example, text determination procedure SLL_CD_USE (Customs Document - Export USA) has the following messages assigned to it:
- 0001 (Internal Note)
- 0002 (Comments)
- 0003 (Special Endorsements)
- 00DE (Validity Date: To)
- 00DS (Validity Date: From)
- USBC (Bond Type Code)
- USEN (Entry Number)
- (Vehicle ID/Car Number)
Activities
- Create a text determination procedure.
- Assign the required text IDs to this text determination procedure.
