Use
In this IMG activity, you define the text IDs for customs shipments. You can specify several text IDs for a customs shipment. This offers you the opportunity to enter additional information for customs shipments in the customs document.
Requirements
Standard settings
The standard system contains text IDs for the customs shipment SLL_CUHD_C.
The following text IDs are relevant for Europe:
- 0001 (Internal Note)
- 0002 (Comments)
- 0003 (Special Endorsements)
- 0004 (Name of the Person Responsible)
- 0005 (Missing Documents)
- 0006 (Description of Goods)
- 00DE (Validity Date: To)
- 00DS (Validity Date: From)
The following text IDs are relevant for the United States:
- USAC (ADA/CVD Case Number)
- USAL (Agricultural License Number)
- USBC (Bond Type Code)
- USBF (File Number Broker/Importer)
- USBN (Bond Number)
- USCN (Category Number - Textile)
- USEN (Entry Number)
- USGO (General Order (G.O.) Number)
- USID (Immediate Transportation Date)
- USIN (Immediate Transportation No.)
- USSB (Single Transaction Bond)
- USSI (Special Instructions (SLI))
- USVI (Vehicle Id / Car Number)
- USVN (Visa Number)
Note:
Do not change the standard settings forSLL_CUHD. If you make any changes to these entries, the system will not be able to adequately process customs documents.
