Use

In this IMG activity, you can combine partner functions to the groups that you require to perform SAP Customs Management services. It is advisable to group the partner functions in the same way as the business processes. This will enable unique and easy assignment of partner functions or partner function groups to the different types of foreign trade documents at a later time. You can also use the partner function group to control which types of functions are displayed in the customs document of the application.

Standard settings

In the standard system, the partner groups have already been created for the following services for SAP Customs Management :

  • PGCTRI (Partner Group for Service - Inbound Customs Shipment
  • PGCTRO (Partner Group for Service - Outbound Customs Shipment

Activities

  1. Define a partner group and enter a description.
  2. Assign partner functions to the partner group.
