Use
In this Customizing activity, you process the action templates that you created in the Customizing activity Define Technical Medium for Messages (PFF Actions). The action definitions are assigned to action profiles which, in turn, reflect the country and process combination, which are assigned to the following application areas:
- Presentation
- Excise duty monitoring
- Advance declaration
- Customs delivery
- Customs processing for import and export
- Customs shipment for transit procedure
At this level, you can specify the details for action definitions, and define additional conditions and parameters.
If you want to set up e-mail communication, for instance, enter the recipient e-mail address as an action detail in this IMG activity. You can also add action definitions for the action profile here.
We recommend that you copy the default settings from the action definitions, and then supplement them as required.
Requirements
Standard settings
The standard system contains basic conditions for those action profiles which are defined as standard in the Customizing activity Define Technical Medium for Messages (PFF Actions).
Activities
Choose the action profile in which you want to change output parameters or conditions.
Specify the action definition for the action profile you have chosen.
Add required parameters, such as printer determination and so on.
Note
You can check your PPF action settings for consistency in the application of SAP Global Trade Services. To do so, enter transaction code /SAPSLL/MENU_LEGAL and choose System Administration -> System Monitoring -> Check PPF -> Check PPF Actions for Inconsistencies.
