Use
In this IMG activity, you determine the parameters for printing your foreign trade documents. When you are determining these parameters, you can define them for a specific legal unit of for the entire foreign trade organizational unit.
A parameter determines how a goods description is output. You can choose whether you want to print the commercial description, the text for the commodity code, the product description, or no description at all. Another parameter determines whether you aggregate form items or not. If you aggregate form items, identical items are grouped together on the printout.
Requirements
Standard settings
The standard configuration of this activity already contains the following messages:

Activities
Specify the message type and, if you want to define parameters for a specific legal unit, enter the legal unit.
Enter the type of product description.
If you want to aggregate product items, activate the aggregation function.
