Use

This Business Add-In (BAdI) enables you to change the depreciation value for comprehensive guarantees that the system finds after applying the standard logic. In the default settings, the system depreciates the total value of the relevant items from the comprehensive guarantee. If you want to specify the depreciation value that the system determines in the calculation for comprehensive guarantees, you can use this BAdI.

The BAdI consists of the following two methods:

  • LICENSE_VALUE_GET

    This method allows you to override the standard logic that the system uses to calculate the value (in euros, for example) for depreciating the comprehensive guarantee during an export. The comprehensive guarantee was assigned to the export license and the system automatically selects the license with the highest value for the export. The value by which the security has to be depreciated changes depending on the attributes in the export license. This method lets you influence this depreciation value. The following parameters are available:

    Import:

    • IS_LCLIC_OBJ
      Data for the export license

      Change:

    • CS_AMOUNT
      Amount to depreciate
  • DOCUMENT_VALUE_GET

    If you want an advance refund payment, set this indicator in the export declaration. SAP Global Trade Services calculates whether a suitable comprehensive guarantee exists for the advance refund payment. The value of the comprehensive guarantee must correspond to the accumulated restitution amount of all items in the export customs document. This method lets you influence the accumulated restitution amount. The following parameters are available:

    Import:

    • IS_CUHD_OBJ
      Customs shipment data

      Change:

    • CS_AMOUNT
      Amount to depreciate
