Use
In this IMG activity, you define legal units as part of the organizational structure in SAP Global Trade Services (SAP GTS). The legal units divide your company into subareas. This corresponds to the concept of plants and storage locations in mySAP Enterprise Resource Planning (mySAP ERP).
You have to define an organizational structure for the services in SAP Customs Management and SAP Risk Management in SAP GTS. It is optional for the services SAP Compliance Management.
If you use the preference processing service, you have to create a legal unit in SAP GTS for each plant in the feeder system you want to use to aggregate long-term vendor declarations or determine preferences.
