Use
In this IMG activity, you assign partner numbers at feeder system group level in SAP Global Trade Services. This is useful if you have several feeder system that are connected to the same server, for example. You can reduce data maintenance considerably using this type of assignment process.
Requirements
You have defined a logical system group and ensured that your business partner numbers are unique across all your feeder systems. For more information, see the IMG activity Define Logical System Group.
Standard settings
Activities
Perform the following activities:
- Partner Function Mapping: Enter a logical system group and a business partner role and save your entries.
- Partner Number Mapping: The system provides the logical system group that you entered as a default. Now enter an external partner number and foreign trade organization and save your entries.
- If you want to make changes, you can edit these assignments manually.
